UCSF Peninsula Outpatient Center

Our team completed the design-build electrical work for a 48,000-square-foot renovation within a newly constructed medical office building. This comprehensive project involved tenant improvements and major infrastructure upgrades to support a state-of-the-art outpatient facility. Key components included:

• Ambulatory Surgery Center: Electrical systems were installed to support four operating rooms, 13 recovery bays, and two recovery rooms.
• Imaging Center: We provided electrical infrastructure for advanced diagnostic equipment, including CT, PET CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and X-ray services.
• Infusion Center: Our work powered a specialized space featuring 16 infusion chairs, two private rooms, nine exam rooms, a blood draw station, and a compounding pharmacy equipped for both hazardous and non-hazardous drug handling.
• Building Support Areas: Electrical services were provided for essential support spaces such as the main lobby, security systems, waiting areas, and reception.
