The Exchange at 16th

The Exchange is a 970,299 sq. ft. core and shell lab project featuring two 12-story towers, two 6-story buildings, and a 5-story, 262,000 sq. ft. parking structure. As the design-build electrical contractor, our scope included a 12kV service located on level two, with five 12kV substations distributing power throughout the site. We provided fire alarm and communication systems, an advanced smoke control system, Lutron Quantum lighting controls, power metering, and three generators (one 2.0 MW and two 1.5 MW). Five 3,000A busways serve TI electrical rooms. The project is LEED Platinum and pursuing WELL certification.
