Description
Salem Hospital’s new seven story, 203,000SF tower features 150 new patient beds with seismically resilient construction. All new headwalls were prefabricated offsite in a multi-trade effort spearheaded by Cherry City Electric, which helped take months off the project schedule. The preconstruction effort put forethought into future needs as well as improving on the design of the existing tower, which connected to tower A2. The client was involved in every step of the process, and the team worked in close association to make the best collaborative decisions for their needs and budget.
