Kaiser Permanente Beaverton Health Hub

Kaiser Permanente health Hub is a 3-story, 90,275 SF medical and dental office building located in Beaverton. Services to members include pharmacy, lab, general exam rooms, imaging including MRI, behavioral health, dental, and optometry. Relocation and re-feed of existing electrical and telecom utilities had to be designed, coordinated, and performed while maintaining uninterrupted services to the existing MOB. Design assistance was provided for multiple systems such as lighting, lighting control, switchgear, UPS, AV, DAS, and security. Prefab, lean practices, and on time deliveries decreased site footprint and waste.
