Gateway of Pacific, Phase 5

As the design build electrical contractor for this state-of-the-art two-building life science campus, our team was responsible for the complete electrical infrastructure supporting cutting-edge research and laboratory environments. The project includes a pair of high-performance lab and office buildings, along with an integrated multi-level parking structure.

Our scope included the engineering, installation and coordination of multiple PG&E utility services to ensure redundancy and reliable power delivery across the campus. We also installed standby generators to support critical life safety and research operations, maintaining uptime and resilience in the event of a utility outage.

The site features comprehensive outdoor and area lighting, designed to enhance visibility, safety, and aesthetics throughout walkways, access roads, and the parking facility. Our work also included full power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems throughout the buildings, tailored to meet the complex requirements of modern life science tenants.
