Designed to promote creativity and collaboration, the building features high ceilings, exposed brick, retail space, public amenities, a roof deck, and a dramatic 85-foot, five-story atrium lobby filled with natural light.
The project included a full warm shell electrical build-out, featuring a new 12kV utility service with substation and transformer, four 3,000A substations, a 1,250kW rooftop generator, ERRCS, and a wireless lighting control system.
