Morrow Meadows was proud to deliver the complete design-build electrical and data/communications scope for this large-scale new construction project. The development includes (5) high-rise mixed-use buildings and a 4-level, 1,200-stall subterranean parking garage.
The buildings feature a variety of uses, with a strong emphasis on student housing, retail, and institutional space:
- Building 1: 21 stories – Student Housing with ground-floor Retail
- Building 2: 10 stories – Student Housing
- Building 3: 9 stories – Student Housing
- Building 4: 11 stories – Student Housing, Conference Center, and Market Hall
- Building 5: 16 stories – Student Housing and Academic Facilities
Our scope included power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and complete low voltage/data communications infrastructure throughout all buildings and the subterranean garage. This project reflects Morrow Meadows’ continued commitment to delivering complex, multi-use projects with precision and reliability.
