Sempra Energy Headquarters

A 17-story, 543,000 sq ft tower was built in downtown San Diego using the Target Value Design Delivery method. The project featured 324,000 sq ft of office space and a 219,000 sq ft, 8-story underground parking structure, along with employee and executive dining facilities. Constructed in a dense urban environment with adjacent active buildings and heavy pedestrian zones, the project achieved LEED Gold certification. Morrow-Meadows’ scope included Design-Build Electrical and installation of a wide range of low-voltage systems, such as Smoke Control, Distributed Antenna System (DAS), 2-Way Radio, Audio/Visual, Sound Paging, and a sophisticated building integration control system.
