Kaiser Permanente Redwood City Specialty Medical Office Building

This design-assist electrical project involved a 4-story steel-framed medical office building constructed above a 3-story below-grade concrete parking structure. Our scope included complete electrical installation for the interior buildout, which housed a range of departments including operating rooms, laboratories, clinics, imaging suites, and a conference center.

We provided comprehensive electrical services including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, and low voltage systems. The building was fed from the existing campus central utility plant, with power backed up by an existing generator system. Our team installed new automatic transfer switches (ATSs) and coordinated extensively to ensure a seamless and safe utility cutover.

This project highlights our ability to deliver complex, multi-discipline electrical solutions within an active healthcare environment.
