Jamul Casino

A new 10-story, 1,040,000 sq ft building was developed on a 3-acre site, featuring a 230,000 sq ft casino, entertainment, dining, and office space on the top two floors, and an 8-level, 1,780-stall parking structure with advanced parking management systems. The project’s success relied on early planning, coordination, BIM integration, prefabrication, and timely deliveries. MMC served as the prime electrical subcontractor, handling all electrical systems including normal, emergency, and UPS power, branch power, lighting, and controls. We also managed low-voltage systems such as design-build fire alarm, telecom/structured cabling, security (CCTV, access control, intrusion), A/V systems, and building management cabling.
