Gateway Of Pacific, Phase 2&3

This project involves the construction of a two-building life science campus in South San Francisco, featuring 9- and 11-story warm shell structures designed for office and research use. The development also includes two new parking structures and a landscaped central plaza that connects all buildings.

Key components of the project include structural steel construction with design-build, Electrical systems. Site improvements encompass comprehensive hardscape and softscape work, creating outdoor amenity spaces with lawn areas, bocce courts, and seating to support collaboration and recreation.

The campus is powered by a single 12kV electrical service, distributing to multiple substations, and supported by five generators providing backup power to the buildings, parking structures, and future loads.
