Delta Americas Headquarters

This building includes an advanced heating and cooling system throughout and an innovative rainwater recovery system used to irrigate the property.  It has EV chargers, natural daylight, and a complete photovoltaic system.

• This is the first LEED Platinum Certified building in Fremont.
• The project was a true design-build effort requiring frequent coordination with the owners during construction of the core and shell facility to accommodate and plan for unknown electrical needs and future expansion capabilities as the facility was constructed.
• The owners’ original concept designs were planned in voltages not commonly used in the United States, so up front design coordination and translation was essential.

Awards

• Project Excellence award by the Northern California Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association for this advanced manufacturing, warehouse and office facility.
