Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) Elks Children's Eye Clinic

This 60,000 sf, 5-story structure houses the nation’s first free-standing pediatric eye clinic that provides childhood vision screening and treatment programs, space for clinical trials and a gene Therapy Center. Located on the OHSU Marquam Hill campus, it was built on time and on budget, receiving the Portland Design Commission’s 3rd Annual Design Excellence award in 2019.  Constructed in a collaborative, TVD Delivery environment. We modeled everything for PAE with their guidance and help producing the drawing sets.  The project achieved LEED Silver status.
