From the moment our founders launched Morrow Meadows in 1964, we have focused on delivering exceptional electrical systems with the skill and integrity required to ensure lasting relationships.
Sixty-plus years later, that focus has never wavered. As our business has grown, and methods, materials and technologies have evolved, we’ve stayed firmly planted at the leading edge of our industry.
Through it all, our team has purposefully blended the experience of long-tenure employees with the voices of new generations. As a highly valued, collective unit, we bring dynamic and results-driven energy to everything we do.

1993
Bob Meadows appoints his youngest daughter, Karen Price, as President and his son, Rob Meadows, as Executive Vice President.
1994
Morrow Meadows acquires Cherry City Electric, a highly respected electrical contracting firm in Salem, OR, expanding our business into the Pacific Northwest.
2001
Morrow Meadows acquires ARC Electric, a 75-year-old electrical contracting firm serving San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties.
2005
Morrow Meadows purchases Schwartz and Lindheim, a highly respected 50+ year old family electrical contracting firm in Oakland/Alameda County.
2006
Morrow Meadows merges Shasta Electric into its Southern California Operation, providing our Industrial Division with much needed office and field personnel.
2015
Morrow Meadows acquires the engineering expertise of R.E. Wall & Associates, a respected, family-owned electrical design engineering consulting firm with over 40 years of domestic and international engineering experience.
2016
Cathy, Karen and Rob Meadows become owners of Morrow-Meadows Corporation.
2019
Morrow Meadows acquires PDE Total Energy Solutions, headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, CA to further enhance our ability to bring Battery Energy Storage/Microgrid design and installation expertise to our customers.
2024
Morrow Meadows celebrates its 60th Anniversary. We are presently one of the largest privately owned electrical contractors in the United States.
