Morrow Meadows Corporation is proud to have been the electrical contractor for the significant upgrade of all major systems for the Millikan Laboratory and Andrew Science Hall at Pomona College.  This facility houses the Physics, Astronomy and Mathematics Departments and consists of classrooms, labs, teaching and specialized machine shops, a computer lab, faculty offices, administrative offices, student lounges and a Planetarium.  This highly efficient facility uses 65 percent less energy and 35 percent less water than typical laboratory designs.  All lighting control is wireless and the building takes advantage of natural daylight wherever possible.  This project was awarded LEED Platinum status by the US Green Building Council, the 2nd Place ASHRAE National Technology award and Morrow Meadows received the 2016 NECA Electrical Excellence Award for this project.  Photo credit: Jim Simmons
