Morrow Meadows was the electrical contractor for this 575 MW combined cycle power plant with two GE F7A natural gas fired turbines, heat recovery steam generator and one GE D11 steam turbine that replaced two aging boilers.    The new system is 94% cleaner in terms of emissions and 40% more fuel efficient than the previous system.  Morrow Meadows was awarded the 2004 NECA Electrical Excellence award for this project.
