Mr. Lane is responsible for developing new business opportunities and potential clients by coordinating the efforts of our Project Development Division with owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors.
He participates in developing working drawings from conceptual plans for design build projects, and is also active in all phases of pre-construction, including budgeting, constructability reviews, and value engineering.
Mr. Lane started with Morrow-Meadows in 1988. Previously he was employed for two years by an electrical contracting firm in Minneapolis, and during that time he was responsible for opening and managing a branch office in Rochester, Minnesota. Prior to that, for 13 years, another Minnesota electrical contractor, for whom he opened and managed a branch office in St. Paul. |
