Mr. Jarvis is responsible for managing all field supervision and maintaining the highest level of production and safety. Mr. Jarvis also oversees the managers in Prefabrication and Constructability.  He studied electrical theory at San Diego City college and is a graduate of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) 4 year apprenticeship program. He holds certificates in both Motivation and Conflict Resolution from Cal State Fullerton.

Since joining Morrow Meadows team in 1984 Mr. Jarvis has worked in the field as an electrician, foreman, general foreman, general field superintendent and currently Vice President of Field Construction.
