Mr. Babcock is responsible for pre-construction, budgeting and design development services for our clients.  He acts as the interface between our construction team and owners, architects, engineers and general contractors. 

He oversees the completion of construction drawings from original concept plans, and provides our clients with budget updates, value engineering and constructability reviews during this process. 

Mr. Babcock has worked at Morrow-Meadows since 1988, serving as an estimator and project manager before moving to his current position seven years ago. He has completed several IBEW/ NECA sponsored courses on power, code, telecommunications and fiberoptics.
