Corporation. Mr. Meadows was instrumental in founding the

Ms. Price is responsible for

Slingluff - Vice President of Estimating
Ed Slingluff is Morrow-Meadows'
Director of Estimating. Mr. Slingluff supervises a staff
of six Estimators and Engineers and is responsible for
finalizing all bids for new construction. Mr. Slingluff
also works with customers on budgets, scope review and value
engineering.

Lane - Vice President of Project Development
Mr. Lane is responsible for
developing new business opportunities and potential clients by
coordinating the efforts of our Project Development Division
with owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors.

Langley - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Langley serves as the
financial advisor to all divisions of Morrow-Meadows
Corporation, and is responsible for reporting and guiding it’s
financial health. Mr.
Langley directly oversees an Accounting staff of twelve at the
Corporate Headquarters.

Freedman - Vice President of Corporate Marketing
Mr. Freedman is responsible for
helping to negotiate new work, maintaining solid customer
relationships, and developing new opportunities in the
marketplace. Mr. Freedman has been with MMC since 1988 and
has held his current position since 1993.

Dennis
Kelly, CSP. - Risk Manager
Dennis holds a Bachelor of
Science in safety from Indian University of Pennsylvania.
He is a professional member of A.S.S.E. (American Society of
Safety Engineers). Other affiliations include being a
member of the L.A. NECA Industrial Safety committee.

Joseph
Babcock, Vice President of Preconstruction
Mr. Babcock is a specialist in
preconstruction, conceptual pricing and
design-build/design-assist work. He provides the
communication conduit between the electrical engineer's and
consultant's desire and practicality of installation, schedule
and cost.

Rick
Jarvis, Vice President of Construction
Mr. Jarvis is responsible for
managing all field supervision and ensuring the highest level of
expertise and productivity. Mr. Jarvis selects manpower
and crews for all projects in the county from our shop labor
pool of electricians. He also communicates with upper
level management of building inspectors and fire marshals to
correctly interpret code requirements.

Ed
Santos, Manager of the Special Projects Group
Mr. Santos manages the Service
Department, our Preventive Maintenance Division and
numerous small projects that complement our Construction
Division. He oversees a staff of five, and a field of
twenty-five Service and Data technicians that have a
history of outstanding 24/7 emergency service as well as their
normal services.
